A series of practical workshops for hands on experience of cooking and fermenting with the seasonal produce from the CSA.
Run by Nicola Cardinal, the founder of Firecrest Community Bakehouse. With a background in food education and growing, her focus is on skill sharing, food sovereignty and collaboration with local growers and producers such as Lapwings Community Mill in Stonehaven.
