Time of each workshop: 10am - 1pm

 

 

Each workshop will be rounded off with a light lunch composed of all the dishes created during the morning session.

 

Please bring your own apron!

A series of practical workshops for hands on experience of cooking and fermenting with the seasonal produce from the CSA. 

Run by Nicola, the founder of Firecrest Community Bakehouse. With a background in food education and growing, her focus is on skill sharing and food sovereignty and collaboration with local growers and producers such as Lapwings Community Mill in Stonehaven.
