Sound Bath

Helen's 'Unfurl Journeys with Sound' will take you on a sensory trail to unwind, open & release like the ferns in nature. Using a range of tibetan singing bowls, koshi wind chimes, sacred indian instruments, other instruments and her voice, she offers a unique and deeply soothing session.

Her sessions come from a heart centred, intuitive & gentle place, with Helen creating a beautiful & nurturing safe space. Her invitation is warmly open to anyone and everyone seeking time out to just breathe, relax, and help soften the edges of their lives as they gently unfurl.

These events are done lying down on the floor, starting with some gentle movement, guided meditation and a sound healing session. There will be chairs available for anyone that would prefer a seated experience.
